Menorca is a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve defined by coves, wetlands, dry stone walls, rural estates and two very different harbour cities. In July and August the island is vivid and social; outside the height of summer, its beaches return to their natural rhythm, the Camí de Cavalls becomes quieter and the villages feel entirely their own again.
