We are delighted to welcome you to our hotels, where we guarantee you will have everything you need to feel right at home. We know how important you are to your family, and we are committed to taking care of you with the same love and attention they give you.
Basic rules for your stay
Whenever you're in public areas, you must be on a leash and under your owner's supervision.
You can join your family for meals and in other designated areas, always on a short leash.
You cannot be left alone in the room for long periods, to avoid disturbing other guests with barking or any discomfort.
Beds and sofas are only for humans, but don't worry, we'll provide you with your own comfy bed to rest!
Please don't use the room's towels or bathroom; we have a special towel just for you if you need one.
Important information
We only accept one dog per room.
No other animals are allowed, only dogs.
There is an additional charge per night for cleaning.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse pets that may cause inconvenience or damage during their stay.
Please inform the hotel that you're traveling with your pet when making your reservation.
