At L’Espiell, French technique meets Menorcan identity, creating dishes with contemporary elegance: tagliatelle with Mahón cheese, crispy rock grouper or roasted Menorcan lobster. Each dish is a dialogue between tradition and modernity, between French and island cuisine.
