César Lanzarote occupies a former Manrique family house in La Asomada, surrounded by volcanic landscape and close to the vineyards of La Geria. Its 20 rooms, gardens, pools and terraces carry the island through white walls, green details, black lava and changing light. The hotel is both a retreat and a starting point: a place for slow mornings, local gastronomy and sunset drinks, with the beaches, art and volcanic roads of Lanzarote close enough to shape every day
